I had a friend who had trouble with tablets and she got liquid vitamins perscribed, i think it was iron and folate, and she also had a childrens multi vitamin in a chewable form.

Don't buy the swisse multis if you have trouble with tablets. I take these and they are bloomin' HUGE!!

I would do as the others suggested - go to the doctor, see if you have any deficiencies. If not just make sure you get a balanced diet to maintain your healthy levels but take a folate supplement. These are quite small. If you are vitamin D deficient (like me) get a script for the liquid form. I take mine once a month and it tastes like olive oil.

    Good luck!!

I took Blackmores folate + iodine leading up to getting pregnant and the tablets are pretty tiny.

Since finding out I've swapped to elevit and boy those tablets are huge! So hard to swallow when you already feel nauseous bllrrghh...
