I define cheating to anything you wouldnt want your partner to find out about..

I'm not sure I would call it cheating either. I would definitely be upset by it and the behaviour would have to end...but I don't think I'd leave my marriage over it.

    It depends.
If similar happened to DF, where a woman called his number accidentally, and said in a text after that he sounded sexy, he would probably tell me, we would laugh about it and probably would both mess around with her for it. But it would be a once off joke, not something we would take over 4-5 months.
If I didn't know about it, and it went on for that long, yeah I'd feel cheated on.

Its cheating, just because its not physical does not make it any less worse (if that makes sense)

Yeah cheating for sure, even if they've never met it's pushing too many boundaries and he's seeking emotional relief elsewhere. Not cool.

I think it's highly inappropriate behaviour, but I don't class it as cheating.

I'm really not sure. I 'think' it's cheating. But cheating is a deal breaker for me. I just don't think I'd end a relationship of this.

I agree. It's very inappropriate behaviour, but I doubt I would leave my DH over it. I would however be very disappointed in him and obviously it would have to stop and her number blocked.
