    Hi All,

Thought I would pop over the this thread, I was in the Jan thread but have decided to wait another cycle before trying again after our ectopic from our first IVF cycle late last year.

I am currently on a massive health kick and loading myself full of good vitamins etc ready for the next cycle to start.

I recognise quite a few names from previous threads. 2012 is our year I just know it. Sending to you all and we are all going to get our

Hi Ladies. Anyone mind if I join??? There are a few names on here that I have cycled with before (I was kittykat72) so hi again My signature pretty much says it all. I have been pill popping since Mid November when our last cycle was cancelled. I start sniffing next week and injections start on the 27th. I have EPU scheduled for the 8th of Feb and ET on the 10th. I love having my dates:-) Let's see if 2012 can be our lucky year:fingerscrossed)

lol Lannie, I figured to was easier to shorten to 'buttercup' in thread talks instead of 'mummy to one' phew I'm exhausted just typing it!

jaseandalyson and welcome!! I'm sorry to hear about your ectopic last year but BIG fingers and toes crossed this is the year for you What sort of vitamins are you loading up on?

Hello to you too Tigerqueen Are you doing a fresh cycle or an FET? I've got my EPU on the 27th and transfer on the 1st of February

Hey Bear and mum! Welcome along for us all that 2012 is going to be our year!!

AFM ~ Just plodding along, 4 days of jabbing Gonal F down and 10 to do. No real symtoms yet so I'm looking forward to be blood test tomorrow to know everything is progressing as it should. Last time I was really sore around the ovary region and I had super sentitive b**bs and don't have anything yet...fingers crossed it will come yet. I was on 375 last time and this time only 300 so maybe thats why Also heard that my SIL has her C section scheduled for her 4th on the 23rd March...I would normally break down and cry but feeling really good about this cycle and concentrating that while she will be giving birth I will be 7 weeks pregnant!!

to us all ladies and have a great rest of your Sundays.

Hi buttercup, I am doing my first ever cycle. Antagonist. Only 162.5 gonal f. MFI issues. Lucky to have naturally conceived 2 children. DD 14 and DS 12.
Hopefully you continue with very few side effects. I am really unsure what to expect, but am excited at this stage.

    Hi Gals..

its good to see our group is getting bigger and bigger

I hope everyone is doing well..

Just want to give an update..

I had my blood test done on Saturday to find out that all is clear and I'm not preggy so I can start on taking Primolut N.. that is to start my period.. so sometime next week AF will come and the jabbing will start!

lannie- i sold my car already..I had a Yaris too and now have a CRV! i am thinking this is THE year... i have to think positive (also reason I sold it is because Yaris was crap, fuel efficient but crap)

    bye for now...

    Good evening ladies

Tigerqueen, you are so blessed to already have 2 children Its so frustrating when you've already realised how wonderful family life can be and then run into problems (we have a 2 year old, blessed enough to conceive naturally), I truly hope this is the cycle for you!!

Hi Peejay, I'm excited and sorry to see you back (if you know what i mean) , I was so hoping you would get good news on the BT BUT at least you know where you stand now and focus on getting your BFP on this IVF cycle

Lannie, positive affirmations can't hurt. We've been looking at new "family" cars that can fit the dog in the back as well as a pram/carseat. Good on your friend!

Welcome Jaseandalyson, best of luck to you for your cycle Sorry to hear about your eptopic, that must be really tough.

Good luck Bear and mum, and Tigerqueen. Tigerqueen, i'm doing my first cycle as well (with MFI). Scary and exciting!

Keep thinking positive buttercup I had to change desks for a week last week, and where do I land, but in a pod with two (heavily pregnant) chick's in my section, and 1 directly next door. Also, another good friend got preggers on literally one go with her hubby but i've been trying to "soak up" the pregnancy vibe and feel happy, rather than feel down about it. Its tough sometimes though!

I'm just waiting for AF to start around Sat, then can start injections.

Good luck to all your ladies!

Clementine grace, thanks for the well wishes. We looked into IVF very briefly years ago, after having no trouble conceiving our first 2, but we actually felt guilty being around others who were less fortunate, so we did not progress. We have come to the realization now, that yes we are blessed, but we don't feel our family is complete. We feel much more comfortable this time round, and the team at fertSA have been awesome!
Best of luck on your journey! Fingers crossed for u, and everyone out there on this daunting but exciting path that is IVF!
