Default I wee lots and lots

Im 21 weeks and I wee so often! Sometimes it's a lot, sometimes a dribble . I've peed about 15 times today and I've had enough. Is this normal?

When it's a dribble do you still have the sensation that you really need to pee beforehand? If so it could be a urinary tract infection. Any stinging or burning?

Frequent urination is common in pregnancy, but yours does sound a little excessive to me... I'd mention it to your doctor or midwife .

Sounds like what I get when I've got a UTI. I've had 2 this pregnancy already and both times the absurdly frequent peeing was my only symptom. I'd definitely be off to the gp.

    What antibiotics do you have?

Scratch that, being pregnant it's a good idea to run it all by your GP.

The chemist can set you up with Ural which helps with the frequency. However I'd go to the hospital personally. UTIs shouldn't be messed around with, I've had both septicemia and a kidney infection from neglecting UTIs.

It's better to be safe than sorry so a trip to the hospital and going from there is my suggestion.

i peed about every 15 minutes from 11 wks in the pregnancy, got tested for gestational diabetes early but nothing, so went to have regular bowen therapy as it helped move some organs back into place and had relief for a couple of days. also doctor told me to hold it as much as i could, cause like you i would go and it would ofteb be a trickle, he said if i rushecd to the bathroom straight away my brain was getting to confused and would think a tiny little bit meant full bladder. on the goodsidemy baby is now a month old and bladder returned to normal within hours of birth. i love being able to drink a hugh glass or 10 of water now and will only pee every few hours.

    good luck.
