Default Loving the holidays - I wish everyday could be like this!!

I am having a wonderful time - its the first holidays we have had without visitors here the whole time.

Day 3 of just me and DH and its sooooooo ace!!! I wish we could retire - life would be sooooooooooo sweet.
    • We get up about 9ish - we have been sleeping in!!!!
    • We make breaky together and eat at the table (we never eat at table).
    • He make us a cuppa and we chat abit about our plans for the day etc.
    • DH goes outside to tinker (he has built awnings, some house stuff, a new kitchen bench etc)
    • I have been doing my spring cleaning and getting the house in order which is super.
    • I plan our lunch and go visit him outside to see how is day is going and what time he will want lunch.
    • I make our lunch and we eat together (AT THE TABLE)
    • He goes outside again and I do more of my stuff I want to do.
    • We cook dinner together and hang out
    AHHHHHHHHH bliss!!

I could incorporate a bit of visiting friends, maybe even 2 days of work, whatever really.

So hopefully I won Taslotto last night - although no one has called me from the Tastlotto place yet..

I know, DF and I have been home together since we got back from the Christmas weekend with my family. We've spent a lot of time just sitting on our respective computers playing MMOs... actually it's what we're doing right now! I'm sad about him going back to work on Tues, cause even though I've got this week off as well I'm going to be a bit busy, and when he's not home with me it just doesn't feel like holidays, IYKWIM.

He gets another week off in late Jan.. that's going to suck going to work while he's at home all day! But I have no right at all to complain; I've only got 57 more working days until I quit work for good (in the foreseeable future that is).
