Tell me about it!! I also have buggered knees (to the extent that even just sleeping can damage them) so it makes exercising really hard!

@Littleladybug I agree, it definitely is what you eat, the trampoline and water walking sounds like it's working for you. I have only been doing walking on the treadmill. Can't wait to get back on track on Monday

Sorry for my absence! Crazy week (which involved chocolate). Got a shock on the scales today... after losing 16 kg I've regained 6!!!

    Time to get serious!

@1st timemama welcome and what are your plan to lose weight?
@furbabymum it's ok to have ups and down. but stay focused. At the moment I'm eating a whole tub of Ben and Jerrys choc fudge brownie ice cream. I too have a major choc addiction, esp Tim tams. I've started my first FET last week and feel I'm stress eating. But don't forget you have still lost 10kg and that alone is quite and achievement.

@babygirl7 - thank you! Thank you for saying that. I have been so focussed on how much of my good work I've undone, and how bloody hard it will be to lose it again. But remembering I am still better off than before help me feel I can get back on the wagon!

Except for AF arriving today, which means its official - we start IUI this month! Now I'm craving chocolate (and screw you Coles for having it half price! it should be illegal!) :P

@furbabymum that's ok & glad your focusing on the positives. You can do it, you can get back on track hun, just stay focused.

I'm actually waiting for AF to arrive, she was due yesterday as I'm having my first FET next month and need to go for a scan etc. Im actually stressing now, so I'm snacking on peanut m&ms. I too crave chocolate, well I guess we can't always be good, ESP after everything we are going through. Good luck hun

It's so hard isnt it? Chocolate is like the one thing in life I can rely on that makes me feel good and cheers me up. So we need it now more than ever yet this is when we need to lose weight more than ever! crazy!

I think I need to allow myself a chocolate day on the AF arrives and then go back to being good

I'm joining a walking challenge in just over a week. It's online, for people with my muscle problem, but we have all agreed to walk on each of the 7 days that week. Each person sets their own goals. My minimum distance will be 400m but if that's all I can do then thats fine too. I think t hat will help give me the motivation to kick start my exercise!

But I also need to remember the biggest impact is food!

thanks for the support and hope your transition to FET goes smoothly!

@furbabymum it's very hard, it's like the fighting temptations lol. And it's so weird, esp when I read how you just wrote it, your so spot on. I agree we got to treat ourselves and try not to over do it. Although I just did over do it!! Lol, just had a peppermint tea as know I feel sick from the M&Ms ahah. I will get back on track on Monday FX

Enjoy your walking challenge and I hope that it will give you that fire in your belly to keep on walking.

I enjoy waking but at the moment I'm enjoy my couch and the bed. Just think what could be ahead.

Yes I agree that food it's 90% food and 10% exercise. A few years ago I was watching what I ate and lost 19kg, no exercise what so ever!! And then put back on 10kg, which is what I'm trying to lose now. This year I was doing a lot of exercise and it just isn't budging. I need to get my mind refocused, it's just hard when I'm thinking of everything (IVF) think I'm going to start fresh as of 1st of April

Thank you and I hope it goes well, will let you know, enjoy your weekend
