No sorry I'm not sure, although someone in one of the ivf forums may know. The FS I have recently started seeing has put me on clomid to help with ovulation, and I know your situation is different but he did say there were options to look at before ivf.

    Hi Ekava

My FS said it can be normal for a cycle to swing up to 10 days in length. With my endo that was def the case and they werent concerned. It meant my fertile window was potentially anywhere between CD10-CD20 depending on cycle length. When we were still trying naturally so the told us to BD a bit more. I did accupuncture which really help bring it down to a smaller gap.
You can get some bloods done through GP to confirm you are ovulating with all the levels of hormones they like to see. Its a timed test.

My rec would be to go see an FS for a assessment appoint, basic tests and a follow up. Its all only medicare covered for the appts and tests so you wont be losing out by not having PHI. I wish I had done it earlier!

Thanks ladies for the help I definitely will book in with my FS and see what he thinks.

    I totally agree with you.
I would rather see him sooner rather then later. In the long run it would be less stressful.

DH and I are going on a cruise in may mext yr and he feels it will happen on holiday either way sounds good to me

Definitely make an appointment as soon as you can to see your FS. IVF doesn't just happen straight away. You still have heaps of bloods to do as well as ovulation tracking to make sure that you are in fact ovulating. DH and I have been TTC for over 5+ years and did our second IVF cycle in January and i'm now finally 32 weeks pregnant. You are very fortunate that you are still very young and get get any sort of fertility issures sorted out before it's too late. Good luck and hope we hear about your BFP very soon.

How is everyone, we have put off ttc until Christmas, as I got a job and started to save! Hopefully once we do start trying it won't take to long!

Hi ladies, I haven't read back to all your stories yet but thought I'd join in ttc for 13 months now and I have pcos . I'm not ovulating at all and my cycles are super long. I've been trying so hard to lose weight but can't seem to lose any! It's depressing.
