    Hi All,

Just wanted to share, I have PCOS and am very overweight. 126kgs. I had lost 15kgs and then finally we had our BFP. I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant with our first. I'm still very nervous about MC, difficulties due to weight etc. I still plan to continue with the exercise and good eating, maybe not so much to lose weight but at least not put on during the pregnancy.

I'm so excited! I hope this bean is a sticky one. Good luck to all of you! It can be done!!

I was really interested in this thread. Has anyone had any success in losing weight or ttc?

Not me. I've put on more unfortunately. Seeing fs in May to start IvF and need to lose around 15kg to even be considered. Very depressed about it. I'd be interested to hear other peoples updates too x

Nope to both. Ill lose a couple kilos then gain them back forever on the see saw. Been TTC now for 1 year 9 months and have lost all hope that it'll ever happen. I guess I'm just not meant to be a mother.

Sorry to hear that butterfly2013 and starflame. I hope the FS appointment goes well, I have heard really positive things about some FS's who do not make weight an issue.

Mrstuilawa and mrsboyts, congrats!! That is so exciting, good luck with the birth. What helped with the weight loss?

I am new to ttc and am currently 130kgs. I am hoping to lose weight before becoming pregnant but am not actively trying to prevent pregnancy. I'm starting Lite n Easy next week to see how that goes and have been increasing the amount of exercise I do.

I followed a strict diet from a dietician! I recommend seeing one if you can! I had tried so many differerebt things to lose weight but after seeing my dietician, I understand better about food and how it relates to PCOS! Good luck
