I go out if I know I'm not going to be directly in the heat for prolonged periods of time, plaes like shopping centres, or outside in the shade, or with the sprinkler, I also have a cup of ice or a frozen water bottle on hand at all times to cool down quickly. I start to feel really yuck and dizzy if I'm in the direct sunlight and getting hot for any longer than 10mins, so going out in 30+ temps isn't nice anyway. As long as you are not overheating and getting some time to cool down if you do feel yuck, then it should be fine.

Keep hydrated, and stay in the shade or somewhere breezy.

    Or go swimming or similar.

That is lucky! I've learnt something today though! Don't carry kilos of shopping while walking in 30+ heat! Haha lucky DH was with me otherwise I would have thrown up everywhere.
