Because I did a couple of pt sessions over the years and when someone says "right, now do 100 squats" my instinct is to say things I can't type here and walk out

I know how hard to push myself and don't have any urge to be an athlete or supermodel.

    Theyre also expensive!

It is money I can't justify spending.

Due to my line of work I have a pretty good understanding of human movement, so really all a PT would help me with is motivation.

Luckily for me, I find more motivation in NOT paying someone to tell me how to get fit!

Because firstly they are expensive and secondly I think the gym is enough. I like the choice to vary my own routine and have my own goals and motivation. Classes/swim or just a run. Also my workout time is my me time. I don't want to make small talk with a trainer. I don't want to have to think at all.

They're expensive and I'm not very interested in exercise. Rocking a 13kg baby to sleep twice a day is enough of a workout for me thanks.

1 They are an added expense/luxury cannot justify
2 I'd rather hire a cleaner (as opposed taking in another job as a cleaner)
    3 I'd rather join a gym
4 I'd rather see a nutritionist or dietician
5 I'd rather hire a Personal Assistant or a Baby Sitter
    6 I'd rather do a Pilates Session
7 I have a back injury that means I cannot run/jog or exercise in the conventional way anyhow
