You were right mjayneb - pre af spotting - dont normally get it so was a bit strange. But now, do I count yesterday as cd1 or today??
Tried smep last month - will try again this month and have just brought a thermometer and preseed to also try so excited by this. I have down loaded a page to chart on manually.
If nothing this month - think I will See the GP as will have been 7 months ttc and as have had cervical ca in '07 with most of cervix removed - I keep thinking perhaps the sperm are having trouble moving their way up (tmi sorry)

Sorry to hear that it is AF hopefully next cycle works for you. It might be worth going to the doctor even if it's just to ask questions about procedure you had done and if it is effecting your chances of conceiving they might decided to do some test for you.

If today is the first day of full flow then you count today as CD1 good luck with you temping did you sign up to fertility friend or is it just a chart you print out?

You could either try directly from camera option in advance options or you can download photo bucket and use the link option that might fix the size issue for you.
