    Exclamation Advice needed!!

Okay..so my plan was to take a break but Ive come to realize how much I want a bubba and so Im not giving in yet!

Tuesday coming will mark 6 months TTC #1 for DP and I..and we still havent got a BFP. I started OPKs last cycle and Ill continue it this cycle. Ive been taking Swisse pregnancy + ultivite multivitamins for over 6 months and am wondering if I should try something different?

So Im inviting you lovely hubbers to give me some advice on what I should be doing next? Should DP be taking vitamins and if so what sort (hes agreed that if its a good idea hell do it) What else?? Thankful for any advice I can get!

    Hey starflame!!
I don't really have any advice, heck I'm as new at this as you are. I just wanted to wish you luck! I hope it's your month. I'm glad you haven't given up... Got to keep trying, right?

I'll be watching for you throughout the month!

I'm going to try the SMEP this month, maybe give that a go?

    Take care xx

There is Menivit which is meant to improve sperm quality that you could get your partner to take.

Really there isn't much more you can do that you aren't already doing. It can take a healthy couple up to 12 months to conceive so don't give up hope yet.

I know how hard it is but try to remember that the average length of time for a healthy couple to conceive is 12 months - I know it doesn't actually help to hear it but it is true. It sounds like you are doing all the right stuff, also remember to maintain a healthy weight, limit smoking and not too much alcohol. Also, during your fetile window it is recommended that you DTD every second day.

    Good luck

My OB/GYN told me to only take folic acid that was all I needed until I fall pregnant.

thanks for the advice ladies Cheekychook I think Im CD14 so Id have to wait till next cycle to start SMEP. Ive heard good things about it so I guess its worth a try. I know it can take up to 12 months its just a really long time to wait!

I thought about using preseed and temping but I dunno if I want to do that just yet. I guess Ill just keep my fingers crossed!
