No slacking off here either! Been eating quite well ... Even reformed my DH to eat and enjoy a salad!! Hoping for another 1kg loss this week, but I'd be happy with any loss really.
I got a bit of a challenging week coming up though as I'm off to the beach for a few days with the family which means plenty of eating out, no chance to exercise, etc. Will just have to work extra hard when I get back as I've put in too much effort to lose that.

Tracking daily sounds like a good idea but I will give it a miss at this stage and just keep setting myself little goals each week for now. Honestly that is all I think I can cope with at the moment.

Would you lovely ladies please stop talking about chocolate..........i am on the edge and you may just get me to breaking point where i need to drive into town to get some! It is sad to say that our house has become a no go zone for anything chocolate. I cant even have cooking chocolate in the cupboard.

Weighed myself a day ahead of schedule because the family is heading away for a few days tomorrow. I have lost another half a kilo. I was hoping for a bit more but I guess a loss is a loss!
Hope everyone else is going well with their health and fitness challenge!
