I know there are a ton of weight loss threads from this year...so I'm starting a new one with the focus on *next* year . As per my signature, I've lost 12kg this year and luckily have only put on 200g over Christmas .
Still have another 10kg to go (possibly 15, will see how I go) until I'm at my goal weight. After a few weeks of "festive" eating, I'm looking forward to going back to sensible, healthy, enjoyable eating and exercise. It all starts on Monday 02/01/2012.
I achieved my first goal already
2nd goal is to lose 10kg by my husbands birthday at the end of March.
3rd and final goal is to lose another 10-15kg by my birthday in early June.
