Default The Ungrateful Thread - not so wanted presents *fluff really*

Have you been given a useless, unwanted or awful present?

Are you planning on regifting, ebaying or hoping the kids 'accidently' break it?

Only thing was my mum actually bought DF the same things I did for Christmas and then when I said so she was like oh I'll returned them for something else, and the thing she said she'd get was the other thing I'd bought him. Lol. Whoops. So... We just have 'spares' I guess

Otherwise, didn't actually get much to be disappointed about - I chose (and paid for) my own presents & otherwise mum got me chocolate. So not much to complain about

I've been given a gold statuette of two flamenco dancers.

I don't have anywhere to put it and I really really don't like it

My mum got Peter Alexander nighties for me and my two stepsisters. I got sooo excited because when I saw the bag because I asked her to check a price in a Snow White nighty from there a few weeks ago, so excitedly assumed that might be it. They got sexy black and white lace ones and I got a granny floral print one. I'll never wear it. Might leave it all wrapped up for a year then leave it under the wish tree next year or something.

My dad got me a HUGE HUGE box of peppermint chocolates.....I dont like peppermint. Wont regift. Will let DP eat them.

Saying that, I am grateful for the few presents I got this year and had a wonderful Christmas.

In his defense, he got a huge microwave for me and DP cos we havent had once since we moved a few weeks ago. So the chocolates were a 'side gift'. I felt bad because the wrapping paper was GORGEOUS (had woodland type fairies on it) and I was kind of going on about the wrapping paper and ignoring the box if icky peppermint haha
