    Default Best thing to take?

    What is the best medication to take/use for morning sickness? Just found out I am pregnant with baby #2 saturday Christmas eve, morning sickness has not hit me bad yet but am feeling queazy. Please help. Thankyou merry Christmas everyone

    Blackmores do a morning sickness one that is meant to be good, I've heard almonds work well too

    Ginger is always a winner too. There's loads of way you can eat it so it varies in strength.

    Restavit and vitamn B6 took the edge off for me. Both were suggested to me by mothersafe. Restavit will make you drowsy though so probably better to take at night. Both are safe during pregnancy

    If you get really sick, your doctor can prescribe something, but otherwise the suggestions above are great.

    Another thing that worked for me are sea bands - they are acupressure wrist bands that you can buy from the chemist. The only down side is having to think of a lie to tell people who ask why you're wearing them, because they look like sweat bands!

    Yes those blackmores tablets are ginger and b6 I'm taking them and been fairly good so far. My first pregnancy I was very sick so trying everything to prevent it!! Xx

    I have taken Blackmores ones before and I am
    Going to try the sea bands, anything that will help I will try. Thankyou all for your suggestions.
