Christmas eve we did dinner with my parents- sage and cranberry stuffed turkey, crispy roast potatoes, roast pumpkin, steamed veg and gravy. Choice of trifle or pavlova for desert, chocolate salami and rumballs.

Button, I've never had a pav at xmas either, i don't think it's 'traditional'

We are having breakfast here: just pastries and fruit and champagne (sparkling mineral water for me, boo!)

then on to MIL's where DS will eat and DP and I will politely put a few things on our plate for a very early lunch (most likely a roast pork)

then on to my mum's to loosen our pants and put DS to sleep and then eat:

    prawns, oysters and smoked salmon

    then lasagne

THEN the roast with all the trimmings

    then christmas pud with custard

then cherries and more fruit. and chocolate. Yep and I'll fit in the chocolate too

    what the hell is it?

really - I don't really like pavlova. Although I have really only ever tried those awful ones from the sueprmarket that you decorate.
