Okay so I am back.... Photos are just uploading now!... Seems my net is being super slow, so I will type some more fun facts while I wait.. haha..

I just double checked, and at Harvey Norman, it was $389 for the Canon 1100D, single lens which is 18-55mm.

I also had to get a memory card though which was $40 for 16gig.

I am not sure if this was specific to the store in my area... but if you want I can check it out and maybe send you their number to call on Tuesday? & If you wanted I could collect and post to you??? I REALLY love it & would want ANY one to have one... Haha.

I went outside, and although I dont know too much about ISO, apeture and shutter speed, I used the specific functions and went outside.. (so used landscape, up-close, sports etc)..... I am SUPER impressed with how they turned out!...

I know the actual photos aren't too much to look at, but I just thought I would show you to give you an idea of how they turned out. I haven't edited them at all, just uploaded straight to my computer... Didn't even use the specific software they give you, just straight onto my harddrive!

I have a Canon 7D. Canon DSLR's are great cameras and I love mine. Once you get a DSLR, you will never go back to a compact!
