My 17yr old cousins best mate is called Taj. His middle name is William. It goes well to me as I've only ever heard that. (Taj and my cousin were born the same day and is how they became friends).

However, ppl call him "mahal". (Taj Mahal) I don't know when it started but he is really only called Taj by parents/teachers. He even got MAHAL written on his snrs jersey this year.

Also his last name starts with an A so he often got just "TA" when he was little.

For the record he's a lovely boy/man and funnily enough wants to be an architect.

    Good luck with choosing.

Taj Malacai? Ewww! Reminds me of that creepy red head in children of the corn.
Taj is a good name though, and those other middle names are cool. For a middle name I'd look for a meaningful name from somewhere in the family.

No need to be nasty about other peoples choices, if you actually read what I said (the creator of this post) I asked what your thoughts were on the name Taj and middle name suggestions I didn't actually name any I liked, your reading the last posters suggestions.

I love the name Taj, it's a lovey, unique name that suits both boys and men.

I know a divine little Taj who's parents got his name inspiration from the surfer 'Taj Burrows'. I have never heard of him called 'Taj Mahal' and even so, I wouldn't mind being called/teased about one of the most romantic buildings on earth.

As for a middle name, it's a tricky one as Taj has no syllables, and it depends on the surname. I would definitely have a middle name with more than 3 letters.
