1st Home insem attempt -Time is moving so slowly!

Me and my DP have tried our first home insemination attempt last Thursday/Friday!

All week I have been trying to spot any, ANY sign that I am preggers.

But I have been off work for Xmas, and so my routine is all out of whack. So far I have been getting pretty frustrated and tired and have had weird hunger pangs, where if I eat something I then feel kinda sick (but not really "nauseous"). I have also had strange toilet behavior, where I am usually like clock work. Lol

The whether has been hot and I have been super busy so maybe it's just that... But I am hoping these are pregnancy symptoms. I can't try a HPT until next week and it's killin me! I even booked into the GP just in case cus I want to get the drop on this thing before I head back to work after the NY :-)

This would be the best Xmas ever if I had a BFP next week.

Congrats on your first go. I really hope this works for you. The two week wait is torture huh?

I've only been through the TWW once but it was certainly very difficult! I did get a BFP but sadly the embryo wasn't healthy so it didn't progress

I had all kinds of wierd symptoms (bloating, lower back pain, i was hungry every 2 hours - starving so much I had to eat otherwise I felt sick (was really weird)... it's hard not to symptom spot!

Hopefully Christmas/New Years will keep you busy. Best of luck and do let us know how you go!

Thanks guys, yeah I am Hoping that the distractions of Xmas and NY will help take my mind off it all. Pity I will be the sober one this year though just in "case" ;-)
