Default Creative ways to tell DP that you're pregnant.

What are some creative ways to tell DH/DP that you are pregnant?

I may be pregnant now. But holding out til January 10 to test as I've m/c twice in 12 months and don't want to put any more stress on DH.

So give me your ideas... I'd love to surprise him but not tell him directly that I'm UTD (if tests pos in jan) iykwim.

    Thanks guys

Umm first thing that comes to mind is write 'baby on board' across your tummy (with the use of a mirror & steady hand) and then seduce him with the lights on

Buy a little baby onesie or shirt that has I love my dad (or similar) on it and present it to him.

Present him with your positive test wrapped up (maybe a digital one that says pregnant).

It's not my dp but when we found out we sent bunches of flowers to both grandparents (they all live interstate) with a card saying 'dear grandma and grandpa, I haven't met you yet but mummy and daddy say you are the best grandparents ever. I can't wait to meet you in April. Lots of love chicco!
Ps: congratulations oldies from (insert our names)

You could fall over, badly injure yourself, get your DH to race back from work while you wait for the ambulance to take you to hospital and then tell them you are 2 days late when they want to do an X-ray. That's how we found out DS was on board - the Nurse told us we were "sorta pregnant" and did another test and the Dr confirmed it was +. Both of us were shocked!

With this baby, I left the test on the bench for when he came home from work. It took him an hour to see it! He normally checks the mail (I left it in the same spot) but sat down for some reason that night. So anyway, he finally saw it when I went to the loo, asked me what it was, called me a "numpty" for not telling him straight away and then cried!

Our first that we lost, I did a test in the morning and went back to bed and told him it was positive and we both cried, hugged and were so excited.

So ours are hardly romantic, but definitely unforgettable!

Californication - sorry to hear about your loss as well Hun! I tell you what though my goodness your life sounds so interesting!! Especially with the ambulance trip to hospital!

Still pondering how I will tell him if I am UTD, hoping I am I'm very eager and excited for another

I like the idea of gift wrapping it, and maybe putting a card in it with a photo of me and the 3 kids that says something like, we love you daddy love from the 5 most Important people in your life. would make him think for a bit.
