not sure where you are located but in QLD there is Carers QLD that offer free counselling and support for carers (i am a member as my husband has an acquired brain injury).
i'm pretty sure the individual states should have their own government funded versions of these.
i cant even begin to imagine what you are going through, but i can say the staff at carers qld have been amazingly supportive since my husband got his ABI. sometimes it's just good to let it all out and have a cry, complain, etc to someone.
    Best of luck

to you you have a fair bit on your plate. As the other ladies have already mentioned it is important to take time out for yourself and as a couple. I also just wanted to mention does your EI have a hearing loss playgroup? My lil man also has hearing loss (we are in vic) and cp and we get EI thru aurora school and they have an early learning group for kids with hearing loss or cochlear implants that runs once a fortnight and it has been invaluable to me in dealing with the stress and meeting other families who are in a similar situation. There are kids in our group with cp like my ds and autism too. It just sometimes helps to talk to others who know exactly what page you are on.
I hope things start to improve for you soon
