    Default Weird but funny...

I just can't find a place to write this but I'm dying to share it with you so I thought I'd put it in here. This is really weird.

So I go to the doctor this afternoon because I've just lost a pregnancy and I wanted to check in with him. While there we decide to get the dreaded long overdue pap smear out of the way. Now when it comes to a ll things to do with, you know, girl stuff, I'm very straight forward and not at all shy. I've had 7 babies and eleven pregnancies so pretty much every medical professional in our city has seen me inside and out!

So I have this mole on my girly bits (I guess you'd technically call it the labia majora?). I've had it since birth and it's never bothered me at all, but all of a sudden I decide to get curious about it and ask my Doc to check it out. He takes a look, then gets this magnifying glass thing and leans right in close! I swear his head was right between my legs! It's the first time I've actually blushed! I say "I feel like I'm giving birth to you!". He laughs and apologises but said he wanted a close look!

Now the weird bit (as if that wasn't weird enough..). He tells me what I always assumed was a mole is actually a THIRD NIPPLE!! Wot the?? He says it's on the milk line or something and that they are quite common but he's never seen one in that particular place before! (Hence the close look). I'm stunned!

So I go home and tell my hubby who I expect will go "Ewwwww" but instead he is absolutely thrilled. He thinks it's great that he now has another boob to play with! (He's such a dude).

So now I'm super curious... who else has one? Normally they are found on the chest and are completely ha rmless. I've googled images and people even pierce them!

I have a mole in the same spot. Been there since birth. Now I'm worried it might be a nipple too.

I just think it's astounding. Nothing to worry about though, it really does just look like a little mole. Supposedly, 1 in 100 people has one or even two but they just don't know what it really is...

I have a 3rd Nipple as well and only just found out too.....mine is underneath my breast and I always thought it was a mole...it's next to another mole but pale in colour and the mole is dark brown. My GP picked it up about 6 months ago when she was checking my heart.....never heard of your interesting placement though
