I would suggest getting a blood test done. Some women do get thier AF while pregnant. Good Luck!

Yep definitley see a doctor and get some bloods done , that should give u a definite answer. As pp said many women have been known to get a period while pregnant. Goodluck!

    Hi Ruby

I had this happen to me back in September 09. I tested with an internet cheapie and got a really strong positive only for AF to show up on time. Causing much confusion on my behalf. Needless to say I didn't have a baby with that one. It was a chemical pregnancy.

I'm not saying this is what has happend to you but it sounds like my chemie. I would head to the Dr for a BT to find out for certain as others have said it's not common but not unusual for some ladies to get AF all the way through their pregnancies.

    Good Luck .

I'm with PP. I had a chemical in October. I got a very faint positive, but several more tests over the week didn't get darker. Dr took bloods and it went from 10-12 in 48 hours. 1 week after getting the first positive I had a very heavy, clotty period (the day AF was due). Confirmed by hospital that we had miscarried. They did a blood test and it had fallen to 6, and cervix was open.
