I'm sorry to hear that Nessie, but great to hear you were able to convert to IUI. How did it go? Your implantation rate is pretty impressive with this technique, hope this is your sticky one!!!

Fi, I'm thinking of you and hoping you get to meet your bubba boy this weekend

I'm just awaiting AF now before I can start my medicated FET, still at least a week away

    Have a lovely weekend ALL!

Any news yet Fiona on baby blues arrival??? Maybe Wednesday for a blues win on State of Origin????

Afm - well another milestone last week (another birthday ) so getting even closer to the 40 club - and to top that off - my nan passed away yesterday, the last of my grandparents she was 90 the sad thing is that my nan never got to meet a grandchild from my dads family - my brother and sister aren't married and no kids - she did get to meet alot of her great grandchildren from all my cousins which is what alot of grandparents don't get to experience it just gets you thinking how important a family is and to carry on the family tree with starting your own - fingers and toes are crossed these herbs work so I can make my own special memories with my husband and kids thinking of all my lovely cyber friends trying to conceive xo

Congratulations Fiona and DH on the birth of your beautiful Indy Wayan!!! Love the nod to his Balinese 'heritage' as your first born child!

He has certainly kept you waiting for quite a long time but I am sure so worth it to finally hold him in your arms. I have followed your journey and been cycle buddies with you for more years than I care to remember now and it warms my heart so much and brings tears of joy to my eyes to see you finally achieve your dream

Have loved following your DH's blog recently (he is one witty and talented man!) and look forward to the first pics of your gorgeous little man! xx

CONGRATULATIONS FIONA ON INDY WAYAN'S ARRIVAL!!

Well done to you and DH, hope you are enjoying this precious time as a brand new family!!!

Sorry have been absent for a while - but I have been reading all the update emails and hoping to see many more BFPs. Have wanted to post this for a while Starfish - wanted to tell you not to get disheartened by your thinner lining last cycle. It is very normal to have a thinner lining post scar removal and doesn't really indicate anything very much at all. Wanted to remind you that my lining was also very thin in the cycle where I conceived Thomas - I was put on Progynova, didn't respond to the initial dosage, had the dosage doubled and was then on tenterhooks to see if I could make it to 8mm (the minimum my FS would consider for a transfer, although I know other doctors have different thresholds). Anyway as you know I did respond to the doubled dose and conceived my beautiful boy who is currently sleeping peacefully in his cot. So don't despair, my FS said to me that of all the problems you might have a thin endometrium is one of the more straightforward to deal with, you just need to get the right mix of drugs. Sounds like your new FS is right on the ball (and of course I am sure Prof V will be there as your backup if you need to go back to him for advice), I'm positive its just a matter of time before they get your lining nice and lush and ready for those beautiful embryos.

Thanks Trying (now mumma of 2 ) and great to hear from you! How is Mr Thomas going?

I am now on day 9 of my medicated cycle. Even after the thin natural lining scan last month I realised I was probably still at least a week away from ovulating at the time and when my AF arrived I had 2 days of heavy red flow and then it petered out, but that is a VAST improvement on whats been happening over the last 6-9 months. I am having my bt and lining scan on Monday after being on estrogen tablets (ethinyloestadiol), Estradot patches and Viagra pessaries this time around and I am quietly ****ting myself about what the outcome will be Still drinking lots of raspberry leaf tea, doing acupuncture, herbs and lots of lining growing supplements and trying to stay as calm as possible....

Nessie, how did you go with your IUI?

    Spot, thinking of you

How is everyone else doing? Would love to hear some more updates and where everyone is up to
