Hi my one year old has really bad nappy rash since having his one year shots a week ago, I don't know if it's from the needles or his teeth as he has more coming thru, but he's got terrible pains in the tummy and poos are really runny, hes still bf and he's diet has not changed mind you he's bum is that sore now he hates sitting on it and just screams so he's been having lots more BM and not so much solids lately, I've been doing the sodocream, babanthan and bathing him in pinetarsel and none of its helping hes in so much pain and its breaking me having to change and wipe his bum cause it's so sore I'm going to take him to the doctor tomorrow as its gotten lots worse today but does anyone have any advice in the mean time?
    Thanks

Poor bub! my favourite hands down is zinc and castor oil cream. It seems to stay on a lot longer to work due to the zinc component.

Poor little guy! Can you leave his nappy off for a while?
I used paw paw ointment on DS when he had terrible nappy rash. Hope the doc gives you something to make him more comfortable!
