Default V-Tech 3-in-1 Zebra Scooter VS Micro Mini scooter for an 18 month old

Ok, so we need one more chrissy present for 18 month old DS and have decided to get him a scooter. I was hoping to hear advice opinions from those that own a V-Tech 3-in-1 Zebra Scooter or a Micro Mini scooter, to hear first hand experience on which of these scooters is best for an 18 month old?

My son has used the Micro Mini scooter and currently he can balance on it well, and just rolls on it due to the gradient of the concrete etc. So he can’t actually scoot on it, but I would imagine that in a little while he will get the hang of it… He’s never been on the V-Tech scooter so have no idea how good it is, but it seems to be targeted at his age group. I’m concerned that he would outgrow this one too quickly?

    Any thoughts…

    TIA!
