I'm doing a dessert tasting plate with white choc and coconut truffles, dark choc and rum truffles, mini Christmas puddings, choc-cherry cheesecakes and cranberry and macadamia biscotti. So I'm cooking all week!!

I am not doing several fancy meals - I am doing a late lunch, and nibblies and the rest people can organise for themselves. If I am so inspired, I might make bacon and eggs for breakfast... but that'll be the extent of it. lol.

Anyway, for lunch, there'll be only 4 people at my house - fussy DP, my mother who doesn't eat much, my daughter (who is 6 and thus doesn't eat heaps) and me, who eats pretty much nothing. Still, I want a variety of foods and am cooking...

Turkey and sage meatballs with a red currant dipping sauce
    Cold Prawns
Herb-marinated roast beef with a red wine jus
Stuffed roast pork with apple gravy
    Large ham

    Oven-baked dinner rolls

And then some salads. WHICH salads I am still undecided upon... I have a few options, but am unsure.

It's my first year "doing" Christmas, we only have FIL and GMIL coming up so don't have to do a huge feast.
For the 5 of us I'm making -

Glazed Ham (serving and eating hot so I can have some too!)
    Stuffed turkey breast roll thingy
Garlic Prawns (specially for DD as she LOVES prawns.. I hate them!)
Potato Bake or Salad (haven't decided yet, will see what the weather is doing)
    Green Salad
    Mini dinner rolls

    And for dessert..
Pavlova with Cream & fresh fruit
    Xmas pudding with custard.

Also making a cranberry & lemonade punch thing for a christmassy drink without the booze.
