MASSIVE Xmas eve dinner at my mums which is apparently going to have a giant ham, turkey and a whole lotta trimmings.....

Xmas day is at my place with just my dad and my brother coming. We are doing basics.....Hot dogs, prawns and cold salads. Easy peasy.

    Nibbles:
    Christmas lollies
    Christmas marshmallows
    Grain wave biscuits & dips
    Pfferneusse cookies

    Main:
Girello Roast (cooked in an oven bag with gravox, carrots & onion)
Carrots & Onions (from the oven bag)
    Baked Potatoes
Beans & cherry tomato salad (from the Coles Christmas recipe booklet)

    Dessert:
Plum pudding with cream, ice-cream & custard
    Christmas chocolates

There's only 7 people for Christmas lunch here (8 if you include my dd, but she won't even be 3 months old so she doesn't really count for the meal ) and they all like plum pudding so that will be the dessert. I love baking/cooking desserts, but I'm saving my baking/dessert cooking for the next day when Mum is hosting the extended family for a Christmas celebration. Mum & I are excited about baking/making desserts for the 30+ people coming on Boxing Day
