They usually will get worse when your hormones are at a high, so premenstrual and during AF, pregnanct etc, they will darken. Cold teabags or cucumber slices over your eyelids will help relieve stressed out eyes which could help get rid of or reduce the coulour of the circles, also foods enriched in vit c,e,k, folic acid and iron will help.

A gel eye mask or lavender pillow cooled in the fridge. Some eye moisturising cream might also help. Make sure that if you apply concealer or any creams to the eye area you dab on gently with your little finger to prevent any further trauma to the area that may cause your circles to become darker.

Yeah mine are always dark too, because I'm so fair!

Cucumber and cold tea bags might help!

Dark circles around your eyes could also be your pigmentation, you can get costly treatments to help but it's not garunteed to completely remove the darkness. It's also usually hereditary, if your mum has the dark circles aswell then any home remidies will probably not help much.
