Default What can I swap chocolate for?

One thing I have been craving this whole pregnancy is sweets

Chocolate is my main weakness.... But also have a desire for chocolate milk, ice cream, iced lattes, etc etc you get my drift....

Nothing satisfies my cravings except those foods :'(

Has anyone got any ideas how I can break this? I haven't gained any weight (I am 28 weeks) but am worried about going into the 3rd trimester with this issue...!

    Please helppp!!!!!!

Just satisfy your craving with raw cocao or raw chocolate.

try switching to dark chocolate? start with the 45% ones and work your way up? my fav thing is Lyndt dark chocolate (mint or orange) with some frozen raspberries.

Make your own chocolate things that way you can still have some with going overboard on calories.

As for a prepacked stuff I recommend hunts 99% fat free chocolate mousse.

    google low fat chocolate recipes.
Is blessed to have 6 wonderful kids.

I ate chocolate ice cream every night during my pregnancy. I was able to deny my cravings in the day by reminding myself I'd have ice cream after dinner
