    My understanding is a chemical pg isn't a m/c, you just have a period as the fertilised egg never implanted and the body passes it out.

    As far as the HCG the fact that it is increasing is a good sign. Lots of women bleed, especially in the first tri to birth healthy babies. What I found with my m/c is my pos went to a lighter line then a neg. Have you done another test in the last few days?
