Hey Summa, can't help with your questions, but just wanted to say good luck with it all! I can't believe you've only 4 weeks left. I'm sure you'll be holding your son soon, all happy and healthy.

Im 35 weeks pregnant with my son and he has 2 dilated kidneys one has stopped being so large and is sitting at 9mm and the other one is growing with a cyst was sitting at 19mm at 31 weeks i go back to the specialist next week to see if the cyst has grown. try not to worry the dr told me the worst case scenario is surgery but if ur bub is growing fine and he is measuring great there shouldnt be any trouble and they will follow it up when the baby is born. Good Luck and hope it corrects itself )

DS had this before birth which was picked up at the 20 week scan. I had further u/s at 28/32 weeks where it showed improvement and by birth he was fine.
