    Agar jelly (Asian grocery stores) and you add your own flavorings/ colours to it it's one of my favorites on CNY

    Coles have really nice vegan jelly - brand name Vitarium

    I'm pretty sure it was discontinued from Coles but you might be able to buy it elsewhere: Cottee's coldwater jelly. It's vego friendly.

    Otherwise in the healthfood section in Coles they sell a vegan friendly jelly.

    Failing that, there is always online vegan stores or if you live near an Indian or Asian supermarket they usually stock a range of veg friendly jelly.

    Not sure where abouts you are in Bris but The green edge at enoggera sells a range of veg friendly jelly as well as agar agar powder.
    Otherwise there is an Indian supermarket on Logan rd at Upper Mt Gravatt (kind of across from Coles) that sells a huge range of jelly made with agar agar.

    Agar agar - it's gelatin from a sea vegetable rather than animals. Mmmmm Japanese green tea jelly! Follow the instructions - you need to cook it for a bit, not just add hot water/juice/tea.
