Default Meals I can freeze? Help!

I have never frozen meals before, but my BFF is having heart surgery next month, and I want to do something (anything!) to make life easier for her during her recovery.

I figure - I am good at cooking ... why not make her a few weeks worth of dinners and pick up some basic groceries for her so that she doesn't have to worry about cooking or shopping in the week she comes home from hospital.

Only problem is ... I have no idea what to cook that will freeze/reheat well! To make it just that little bit harder, she can't have tomato or tomato-based products (sauces etc.). She also doesn't like mushrooms.

Any suggestions? I would like it to be at least semi healthy ...

    TIA!
