i put lemon juice in water to make it easier to drink. trying to get 2L of water in a day gets a bit boring so a bit of lemon juice makes it a bit different. i have a huge bowl full of lemons at the moment

limoncello is so easy to make. I have started making it after drinking it in Italy. I put my sugar in after though. (Just the lemon and vodka are steeping at the moment). Will see how it turns out! Hope it is yummy...hic

A slice or two in your water does wonder for your body and will assist with weightloss(not saying you need to lose weight, just noting lol)

Another cool idea it so squeeze the lemon into icetrays and freeze - that way you have fresh lemon juice on hand all the time, even when not in season

Otherwise I would be making some preserve such as lemon curd/butter, or a lemon delcious om nom nom!

*zest a bunch of them and freeze it on a metal tray. Then crumble frozen zest into a ziplock bag and keep it in the freezer so you always have it on hand.
*Juice a bunch and freeze the juice in ice cube trays. Store in zip lock bags. Fantastic in mineral water in summer or in a gin and tonic. Also great for recipes. You can never have enough cubes of lemon juice.

Squeeze lemon juice on a cotton pad and sugar then rub on your face. It's a natural exfoliate. After a week the difference is amazing.

    That's all I got sorry.
