Default How accurate? Gender at 15 weeks...

Just wondering how early you found out the sex of your baby? Do you think 15 weeks is too early to be accurate?

I was told I was having a girl at 15weeks, then again at 18weeks. When I was 22weeks I found out I was having a boy But, I know women that have found out as early as 15weeks and been correct. Baby's gentials aren't fully formed until week 16-17(depending on baby), so anything before that is as good of guess as mine, they just happened to guess wrong for me

I found out at the 13 week NT scan that I was having a boy. The 20 week & 34 week scan said the same. 4 weeks to go so will find out for sure then!

My ob told us boy at about 13/14 weeks and that was just the using the small machine in her room. We then had it confirmed at the morph scan at around 18 weeks. And then again our 3D scan at 29 weeks. Bub has still had boy bits at every scan in between.

I was told at my 12 week scan I was having a boy. The lady said she had never seen one so obvious so early, lol.

I have a friend that found at 15 weeks - but it was the 3D scan.

I was told girl at 13 weeks & told girl at 21 weeks. 'She's due in march so we'll see but as the second lady told me. They have a 50/50 of guessing right early on. Boys & girls both look like little willies at 12-13 weeks. Not sure about 15 though.

I was told girl at 16 weeks, 18 weeks, 22 weeks, 25 weeks, 30 weeks and 31 weeks. Needless to say I am pretty sure its a girl.

To answer the second part of tour question I would hold out until 16 weeks to be more certain.
