Default Period like cramps on 9DPO? AF or implantation cramps?

Not sure if I should be happy or sad. AF came three days early last month so I'm either due in 6 days or 9 days for AF. Currently 9DPO and noticed about 3 hours ago a little twinge and now I'm cramping, nothing that's too bad it's just the same as I get when I get AF usually. Could it be implantation cramping? Is there such a thing or would I just get bleeding? Should I just brace for the dreaded AF? Boo...

Could go either way some cramp/ spot some don't notice it at all. Wait a few more days (as horrible as that is) and hopefully you'll have a missing AF and an excuse to POAS

Hope that AF stays away & I get my BFP but when I started cramping like this I have to say I was just like "OH NO..." and poor DP thought he was going to miss out on Chinese for dinner because he is a boy and assumed with a stomach ache I was going to have the runs. Nice that he mentions to a player in his team he was worried about me because I've got the runs. We're at his touch football game, after we all went for a drink and his team mate says "How's your belly? Maybe just stick to crackers & lemonade for a few days!" I turn to look at DP as to what's going on and casually he says "Oh I told Justin you had the runs, he had them too last week!". MEN!!! FRICKING MEN!!! I guess on the positive side they were both pretty cool about it, I swear farmers are down with talking opening about their bodily functions. I just went with it then told DP in the car even if I did have the runs, can he not share this with people I see in our tiny town of 1500 every second day???

dp is like this (river rat country boy) drives me nuts cos his ENTIRE family will talk about bodily functions that I just dont think *need* to be general knowledge/ discussion.. Thankfully he knows better than to mention details with me, I'm merely sick or maybe upset tummy traded that for making periods and cycles/ sex life general knowledge worked a treat

    Men are funny creatures!

I told DP I'm expecting my AF when really I am hoping it's implantation cramping, I didn't want to get his hopes up.

I hope it was implantation cramping.. For both if us!!

You cramping at 9 and me at 10dpo, we are both within the 'range' for it to be either implantation () or AF () cramping

AF is still not here yet and I'm planning in testing tomorrow, but not holding my breath for a BFP..

Does every pregnancy have implantation bleeding? I am 5dpo & not sure if I should be looking out for it? Have noticed more mucous (sorry TMI) but that's about it. Sorry for sounding like a bit of a flake! My 1st pg ended in m/c & I didn't find out u was utd until 5 weeks (indenial about a missed af :-/ )

Fx that your bfp is just around the corner
