    Default Really worried

Just got my BFP on Monday. Had 2nd blood test this morning. My hormone levels have tripled and are considered strong. But tonight I've had bleeding. I'm scared to look again as I dont want to see any more.

This is my first pregnancy. It's ivf. I am taking Progonava, progesterone pessaries and clexine injections.

I know i will bleed more due to the clexine so hopefully it looks more than it is due to the blood thinners.

I guess I'm wondering how much blood is too much? I'll call my dr tomorrow but I'm feeling worried and upset now :-(

Thought i would bump this thread for you, I dont have any advice as i'm not too familiar with ivf I just wanted to give you I'm pretty sure there are a few ladies on here that should be able to help I would say though if you are well and truly concerned i would suggest to contact your doctor tomorrow, try and relax tonight (i know so much easier said than done!)...its better to be sure and have your mind put at ease than wondering. Oh and i also wanted to say that its a great sign that your hcg is high ... I hope everything is ok

Apparently progesterone pessaries can cause spotting too

    Thanks for the replies,

Went to hospital this morning. Had blood test hormone levels higher than they were yesterday so this is a good sign. Bright red blood almost fully stopped now. I'm to see how I go over the next few days and have a blood test in a few days time. Fingers crossed all is still well.

That sounds great. It's good to hear your levels are going up so well. What a good sign.
