Default How much cramping is normal?

I'm currently 15 weeks and the last few days i've started getting bad pains in the lower abdomon... similar to period pain I suppose however I've never been one to really get period pain...
Most of the time it's mild cramping, but every now and then it really lets me know it's there and stops me in my tracks...

How much is normal? because i'm starting to get a little worried... also does stress have anything to do with it? can it make it worse?

I am 16 weeks, and I find that I get crampy if I haven't had enough to drink, or if my bladder is really full.

I've also had really bad pains that have completely stopped me in my tracks after sneezing or getting up too quickly.

I think it's all completely normal. Our bodies are going through a lot of changes right now and things are having to stretch.

I'm sure stress doesn't help! Try and relax if you're feeling stressed and sit somewhere quiet and take some nice deep breaths.

I was the same around that time and worked out that I hadn't drunk enough and was a little constipated. I ended up getting some liquid laxative from the chemist and drank a heap of water. That seemed to fix the problem but it is normal to get cramps. I'm 21 weeks and I'm getting them again.
