    Default Cheesecake question

Made a peanut butter cheesecake on Saturday night. Is it still ok tonight do you think? It's made with sour cream and cream cheese.

yeh i would imagine it should be fine if it was kept in fridge the whole time?

at the patiserries I worked at cheesecakes lasted 3 days before being thrown away - so based on that if you made sat: sat-sun day 1, sun-mon day 2, mon-tues day 3. So depending on time somewhere between 3 and 4 days.

    i want the recipe!!!

i guess as long as the sour cream and/or cream cheese wasnt going out of date (like use by 11/12/11) then i see no reason for it to not be ok
