we have 4 kids here , aged 10 and under.
We spend $270 for a weekly shop, that includes nappys, pet food as well.

I shop at coles mainly and get homebrand products when its suitable.
I get fruit and veg from the fruit and veg shop and bread from bakers delight (cause it has no additives).

    We are vegetarian aswell.

    What to you spend ?

When we had custody of DHs 2 sisters and 1 brother, plus our DD (DD2 was newborn) our grocery bill was $450 or so a week. Now it's only 3 kids (DD1, DD2 and one of DHs sisters) it's about $450 a fortnight. I buy all meat from the butcher, and all chicken from Lenards.
