Hi! I'm 15 weeks (or thereabouts) & have gained 2.5kg. It sounds & feels like a lot to me so I wondered - is it?! I'd love to hear your pregnancy weight experience if you don't mind sharing - I used to be very overweight & lost 22kg through diet & exercise, but through love-fat (post meeting DP!) was about 10kg heavier than I would have liked when I fell pregnant. I'm struggling with accepting the weight gain as I'm afraid I won't be able to lose it afterwards. I'm starting with a new PT on Wednesday though, no more slouching!!
