OK my dating panel - the plot thickens.....

He texted me back Just a bit of chit chat and then said a catch up would be nice.

I'm thinking maybe it was my friends own hubby that she was in trouble with for giving out his mates number.. you know??

Anyway - what do I do now!!! (Apart from have a panic attack )

First off breathe this is a good thing (albeit terrifying) and reply in the same casual chit chat way I'd try and establish a bit of a conversation before suggesting a time to catch up but it would also depend on what he said as to how I'd respond, so glad he replied :smiledance:

How long do I wait??... it's only been 45 minutes and I sooooo want to reply - but he waited a whole day!! Can you tell I've never done this?? My ex and I were together from when I was 17 and we were friends that just started going out - this is a whole new ball park for me

your doing exactly what DP and I did! I think a 45minute wait is sufficient enough! DP and I were actually speaking about how long we used to try keep each other in suspense, he said he wished I would have just texted back right away, and when I said the same it was like doh, we waisted all that time trying to keep each other interested for no particular reason.
