Default Gastric Banding?? Any other ladies had any pregnancy dramas!!

Hi Ladies.. I am 15 weeks pregnant with our first baby. Due to severe PCOS and hormone issues I was told I would never conceive naturally! I decided to take things into my own hands and booked in for gastric banding surgery with consent of my Gp! On 31st Jan this year I had my surgery and decided from Feb 1st I was to change my lifestyle 100%. I was put on a 100% protein diet- no carbs, sugar, salt etc. I had to shock my system back into working without medication.

I became a gym addict and a regular at Pump and Combat classes as well as swim classes! In 7 months I lost in total 63kgs all ready for my 30th and hubbies 35th Birthdays in Bali.

Without boring everyone too much.... I relaxed my diet in Bali and loved every minute with Hubby( he works fifo) and little did we know we came home with a bali belly of a different kind

I would love to know if any other mummies had any dramas with a band while pregnant??

There are lot's of WLS mummy on here.
I had the sleeve. The only issue i had was I had to megafol as my folate levels were low.
Just type gastric band or WLS in the search bar and heaps of threads will come up.
