As far as I know, you start counting on your first full day of bleeding, so if af just arrived, tomorrow will be cd1.

that's a toughy....... well i guess if you think about it and you were sleeping and you woke up bleeding in the morning, you'd count it as CD1 tomorrow, but since you're awake, i'd count today as CD1, as you are aware it's started today. oh i dont know, i get confused too when it's so late in the day

When I was doing IVF, if it was like that our FS would count the next day as CD1. If AF came after 3pm, for me they would count the next day as CD1.
Talk to your FS as each FS is different.

    Good luck :-)

For me, proper AF flow before 12noon is CD1.

If its a bit if spotting or just starting then I don't count it as CD1.

If its proper flow but after 12noon its CD1 the next day.
