    Default Bug W Returns?

Is the policy that you must have a receipt?
I bought some tag books for DS and he has since broken his tag (only bought maybe two weeks ago at the most), but I didn't keep the receipt as it got wet.
Would they return for store credit without the docket?

I don't think you would have any issue getting a store credit. I know Coles and Woolies will exchange items without receipts. I would assume Big w and kmart would be the same.

Big w I found were really strict about no proof of purchase-no exchange.

Kmart were much better and as long as they could scan it they were happy.

Did you pay by card? If so your statement is legally enought proof
