    Default Sinus During Pregnancy

I used to get really bad sinus until a few years ago... I am now 15 weeks pregnant and I am getting it really bad again. I am snoring when I sleep and then because of the pressure i am waking up with massive headaches that make me vomit... Is there anything I can take or anything i can do???

You can take Zurtec while pregnant.
I suffer as well & took it the entire pregnancy with my first & again now with no 2.
There is nothing worse! Hope you get some relief!

I always suffer with sinusitis when pregnant too and everytime I have sought relief I am only ever told to have saline drops in the nose and/or a eucalyptus nasal spray as being the only thing safe to take.

I put on my vapourisor, as I find if the air is too dry my nose becomes worse and then I get the throbbing head and neuralgia. I take paracetemol for the headaches and try and massage my sinus' in the shower to try and drain some of the mucous etc.

Another thing I have found beneficial in pregnancy for sinus is accupuncture on the sinus' too.

Medicine Line phone no: 1300633424 (free call nationwide)

In terms of what medication you can safely take would ring medicineline and ask them directly what you can and can't have. As like I said earlier, I have only ever been given saline drops which hardly do a thing really.
