    Default Back to work!

    AND I AM LOVING IT!!!!

I love my baby but I could not stand being a SAHM a second longer, I have adult conversations, I am using my brain and my little one is being tuckered out by day care.

I know I sound like I have the maternal instincts of a shark but I find being a full time mum frustrating

I couldn't agree more! Work is my "me time". I get to sit down and have lunch with other adults without interruptions, and go to the toilet without an audience!

Returning to work saved my sanity and makes me appreciate DS more!

I totally hear you!! I appreciate DD so much more too! I feel like we get quality not quantity with each other and the walk home from day care is full of chats and smiles and I am starting to lose the post baby weight and she seems happier too, I think at the end of my maternity leave we were both fed up of each other.

I was missed at work too and my workplace is generally a fun environment so I am not stressed. I have realised the key to making this work is being organised as well.
