    Search for the spinach & pumpkin salad on the taste.com site... It is so yummy, I have it with steamed fish.

    I love snacking in fruit & jelly cups and also dried apricots yummy!
    For lunch I make French toast also, maybe a toastie and some days when I feel really hungry and naughty I'll cook a big breakfast ... Scrambled eggs, toast, hash browns, bacon yumm
